Disciple Maker Pastoral College (DMPC): is the formal ministry training institution established by Go Make Disciples Outreach (GMDO) to equip believers, church leaders, and pastors for effective, biblically grounded ministry. DMPC formalizes and expands GMDO's long-running Disciple Maker Training Program into a structured, credit-bearing academic pathway — moving from a Certificate, through a Diploma, into a Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Ministry — while preserving the program's founding values of non-denominational, Scripture-centered, Spirit-empowered training.

Academic Structure & Award Levels: Disciple Maker Pastoral College offers a single, progressive academic pathway with three sequential award levels. Each level is a complete and legitimate exit qualification, and each builds directly upon the credits and competencies of the level before it.

Progression & Exit Points

1. A student completing Year 1 is awarded the Certificate in Pastoral Ministry and may exit, enter ministry, or progress to the Diploma.

2. A student completing Year 2 is awarded the Diploma in Pastoral Studies (in addition to the Certificate) and may exit or progress to the Bachelor's track.

3. A student completing Years 3-4, including the Research Project and Internship, is awarded the Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Ministry.

4. Holders of a Certificate or Diploma from another recognized Bible college or seminary may apply for advanced placement, subject to transcript review by the Academic Board.

Modes of Delivery

1. Residential / Face-to-Face instruction at the College's teaching campus.

2. Online – We offer online instructions to students very far from campus or under certain conditions.

3. Weekend / Evening cohorts for bi-vocational students and serving pastors.

4. Inclusive Track — an oral, mentorship-based pathway for students with limited literacy, assessed through demonstrated competency rather than written examination alone, leading to the same Certificate.

Equipping the Saints Our training program is designed with a singular purpose: to train, develop, and equip believers to become effective Leaders and Disciple Makers. In obedience to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) and guided by the Holy Spirit, we help students grow spiritually, discover their unique spiritual gifts, and deepen their relationship with God.

Our Faculty & Doctrine Classes are taught by seasoned men and women of God who combine educational qualifications with practical experience and the power of the Holy Spirit. We are strictly non-denominational. We do not promote specific church doctrines; rather, our curriculum is rooted entirely in the unadulterated Truth of the Holy Scriptures (The Bible).

Who Can Join? This course is open to everyone—individuals, church leaders, and pastors—who desire to answer the call of discipleship into the ministry of Jesus Christ.
Inclusive Training: We believe education should not be a barrier to the Gospel. GMDO offers a specialized training track for individuals who feel called by God but may have limited reading or writing skills.
